Enjoy this sweet vanilla chocolate bar for sweet tooth snackers, big and small. We made delicious milk chocolate filled with a sublime vanilla layer made with genuine vanilla, white chocolate, cream, and milk alongside some crunchy almond brittle. The vanilla plant is a species of orchid. The harvesting of its pods is done manually and is highly labor-intensive. The pods are stored for two months and agitated by hand once a day to keep them flexible. This is a lot of work that should be paid fairly, which is why Zotter only uses fair trade vanilla.
