Silky dark chocolate studded with small jewels of candied ginger and dried wild Maine blueberries: this bar has a dedicated cult following, and it’s easy to understand why. A 72% dark chocolate base lets the warm, subtly spicy ginger shine through. Dried blueberries add nourishing antioxidants and surprising sweetness to each bite. We use direct trade cacao from a network of small farms in the Duarte Region of the Dominican Republic to make this high-quality bar.
